With a master’s-level education, an Executive Certificate in Blockchain from Columbia University, and certifications in Digital Transformation and AI from MIT Sloan, he brings 30 years of expertise to the rapidly evolving tech and business landscapes.

Christopher brings a strong background in systems and cloud engineering, along with extensive experience in managed service providers supporting clients in highly regulated industries such as financial services. In leadership roles, he has guided engineering teams with a focus on ITIL-based service delivery to improve SLAs, compliance posture, and profitability. He is recognized for mentoring engineers, standardizing SOPs, and building repeatable delivery models. A metrics-minded leader, Chris connects technology decisions to business outcomes, engages confidently with executives, and drives scalable Azure solutions through Infrastructure as Code and modern DevOps practices.
Vladimir Stankovic
Head of PMO
Vlad leads Soteria’s PMO and brings over 15 years of experience managing complex projects across international markets. He oversees successful client project delivery while driving company-wide digital transformation and the standardization of processes aligned with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001. With a background spanning global PMO leadership and enterprise project delivery, he builds high-performing teams that execute with precision and accountability.
Sara Matthews
Financial Controller
Sara brings over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and business strategy, with a proven record of turning financial data into actionable insight. As Soteria’s Financial Controller, she leads accounting operations, month-end close, management reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. She also applies her FP&A background to enterprise forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling that support confident strategic planning. A licensed CPA, Sara has held roles with a Fortune 50 company, an international organization, a nonprofit, and in public accounting. She partners with operations and senior leadership to align technology investments with company strategy, giving Soteria and its clients the financial clarity and discipline to scale.
Aaron Maben
Director of Security & Operations
As a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and former Green Beret, Aaron brings security and operational expertise to Soteria that has withstood some of the most demanding environments. At Soteria, Aaron leads the SOC and incident response function, drives compliance initiatives, and partners with teams across the company to mature operational procedures. His ability to unite diverse teams in pursuit of common objectives helps Soteria and its clients navigate complex security frameworks, detect and respond to threats, and use security posture as a competitive advantage.
